We have tried off and on for weeks now to get Avery interested in Gerber Graduates Puffs. At first, we tried the strawberry banana flavor. She did not enjoy those at all. In fact, she gagged and then choked on them. So we changed course and tried the plain banana flavor. Avery has never demonstrated an interest in them at all until tonight (March 10th). I was sitting on the sofa eating my dinner (enchiladas) when Avery came strolling down the sofa to where I was sitting. She reached up for me to grab her. She sat on my lap salivating at my enchilada. I decided it would be the perfect time to try and get her to eat some puffs (for the upteenth time). It was a complete shock, but she did not gag or throw up the puff. In fact, she ate four more. I think we are making progress. She still has no desire to hold the puffs or put them in her mouth herself. But, hey, I am just excited that she enjoyed the puffs.
