Avery Hunting Easter Eggs

The Saturday before Easter, we searched high and low in the front yard for some eggs secretly left out by the Easter Bunny.  Avery had so much fun finding the eggs and then opening them. She got to have a second and third egg hunt before the weekend was over!

We took Avery to see the Easter Bunny on April 16, 2014, at McCain Mall! She was terrified of him, so we did not stay very long...just long enough to get a few pictures!

Avery at Wye Mountain

On March 30, 2014, we headed up to Wye Mountain to take pictures at the Daffodil Festival! It was so packed full of people.  But we managed to get a few cute pictures.

Craft Project

For the last few months, I have been inspired to do some Pinterest projects! I can guarantee you that John would rather Pinterest not exist at all! But alas, I continue to pinterest and find more craft projects! :)

Avery and "Gym Class"

Avery absolutely LOVES her gym class at Sonshine Academy, especially her teacher, Miss Jessica.  We go every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m.  Her favorite activities so far are the rings and the uneven bars!

Oh, and after EVERY class, Avery has to have her half dozen donut holes from Shipley's!!  All that hard work deserves some donuts...right! :)

Avery Lately

Unfortunately, I have reverted back to my bad mommy blogger self and neglected the blog for the past four months.  So here a brief update about what has been going on lately.

Valentine's Day 2014

On Valentine's Day, Avery and I wore matching scarfs (thanks to MeMaw)!! We also went to Solar Nails to get matching pedicures!!  

Pigtails

Avery's hair has finally gotten long enough to have pigtails!! I was so excited.  

Arkansas Children's Hospital Circle of Friends Diamond Ball

Avery went with her daddy to the Diamond Ball at First United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 1, 2014.  She has so much fun dressing up and hanging out with her daddy.  Before the dance, Memaw and GaGa came over and delivered two special presents:  a pearl necklace and a corsage for Avery.
