Avery's Mini Birthday Party

We had a mini birthday party for Avery on June 18, 2013.  Grandma got her a Maisy cake and lots of fun gifts!

It is so hard to believe that Avery officially turned a year old on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. It feels like just yesterday that we were bringing our sweet little angel home.  Now, she walks (very fast, almost dangerously fast), points to everything, dances, loves zippers, gives kisses, loves baths and swimming, knows how to push buttons and turn on and off light switches, smiles constantly (especially at Bailey), and loves Maisy books just to say a little. She has also mastered the technique of saying "uh, oh" and then dropping something on the floor as if it were an accident. LOL!! She's such a hoot! As of June 19, 2013, Avery is no longer drinking formula! Yipee!!! She is drinking water and whole milk. We are slowly but surely trying to make the transition to sippy cups rather than bottles.

On Friday, June 21, 2013, Avery had her 1 year check-up.  She is officially 21 pounds 6.5 ounces, 29 inches tall, and has a 19 inch beautiful head!

Our little girl is growing up so fast!
